19 years into my life I found myself holding my first DSLR - seconds after that I ventured to my first gig. One-click was all it took, folks. I became addicted. I took my camera from the flatlands of the Midwest to the coasts of America. Hugging the lines on the road, writing a sort of story with images. I now live in the good’ol South and it is here my family grows. I work as a firefighter full-time and continue to help people in need on my off days as a photographer when I am not doing father/husband things.
Some past history on Cervantes & Photo — I started taking photos of people and objects when I was in art school. The camera followed me everywhere and C&P naturally came to fruition. Since those days, C&P has worked with The Red Cross, Zen Gala, JLDA Carnavales de America, Global Dub Festival, Click Magazine, and inSouth Magazine. It has truly been a blessing!
